If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will accept full priced exchanges and/ or refunds by mail within 10 days from the date of receiving the item. For example, if you get the item on April 10th, you have until April 20th to get it back to us.

Rove Jewelry accepts all major credit cards. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to show you we are processing the order. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery.

Jewelry is fragile and should be handled with care. Excessive bending will cause the pieces to break. In order to achieve a long lifespan of your jewels, keep adjustments to a minimum. We are not responsible for damages caused by excessive bending. Keep out of extreme heat or cold. Do not expose to continuous moisture. Our items are made of silver or gold plated pewter and brass. Any allergies to these metals may cause a discoloration to skin. Please consider this when purchasing our items.
